Maintain books and records using Sage Line 50 or XERO, including posting and reconciling bank, tour float, sales invoice, purchase invoice, credit card and agency transactions. Complete VAT returns in line with Making Tax Digital requirements. Assist with client onboarding, setting up client bank accounts, touring activity administration, banking and cashflow reviews, approved bank payments, supplier and artist management communications, sales invoices, tour support requests, back-end reporting, cancellation insurance and withholding tax mitigation. The role requires 2+ years of practice experience, preferably in music, AAT Level 3 or 4, numeracy, analytical skills, previous use of Sage and XERO, timesheet management, effective organisation, workload prioritisation, deadline management, teamwork, communication skills, initiative and a keen interest in the music industry.
