Take a lead role in the Finance Hub, acting as the outsourced finance function for growing businesses. Own day to day finance for a portfolio of clients, including monthly management reporting, board-ready financials, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, bookkeeping, payroll and accounts processes. Work closely with clients as a trusted outsourced finance lead and help shape how the Finance Hub grows. Applicants should be CA or CPA qualified with strong management accounting experience, be confident across Xero and cloud accounting platforms, have experience owning a client portfolio or finance function, and bring a commercial, advisory mindset with clear communication. The role offers flexible and hybrid working, room to shape a growing part of the business, direct mentoring from associate directors, and close client relationships.
