Join Prime Partners in North Sydney as a senior business advisory accountant. You will lead client relationships, mentor a growing team, work directly with associate directors across a varied portfolio of business owners, and lead business advisory and tax compliance engagements from start to finish. The role includes advising business owners on structuring, cash flow and tax planning, preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns across company, trust and individual structures, reviewing work, mentoring intermediate and graduate accountants, and helping shape the business advisory team. Applicants should be CA or CPA qualified, or very close to completion, with strong Australian public practice or accounting firm experience, confidence across company, trust and individual tax, familiarity with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero, a genuine interest in advisory work, clear communication skills and care for colleagues.
