Join the new Gold Coast office as a CA or CPA qualified accountant, owning client engagements from compliance through to advisory and helping establish and grow the local client base. Duties include managing business services and tax compliance engagements, preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for company, trust and individual structures, advising business owners on structuring, cash flow and tax planning, managing client relationships, helping grow the office and mentoring junior accountants. Applicants need solid Australian public practice or accounting firm experience, strong company, trust and individual tax knowledge, confidence with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero, an interest in advisory work, initiative to help grow a new office, clear communication skills and care for clients and colleagues.
