Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, expanding partnerships with existing customers, managing key accounts over the long term, understanding customer needs and creating individual healthy catering solutions, and collecting customer feedback to help improve products and services. Applicants should be open, positive, self-motivated and results-oriented, enjoy customer contact, have empathy, speak German at native level, and work reliably as team players with strong personal commitment and flexibility. Sales experience is not required, as training is provided.
