Beets&roots is offering an internship in Account Management for 3 to 6 months. You will be the central contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints and feedback and forwarding them to the relevant departments. As part of the sales team, you will support customer service via chat, telephone and email, work closely with the Account Management team, identify opportunities for improvement, assess options and develop solutions. Applicants should be open and communicative, ideally have previous customer contact experience, speak German at native level and have very good English skills. Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to explain complex content clearly, a positive mindset and independent problem solving are required.
