Beets&Roots is hiring an intern for account management for 3 to 6 months. You will be a central contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints and feedback and forwarding them to the relevant departments. As part of the sales team, you will support customer service via chat, telephone and email, work closely with the account management team, help identify improvements, evaluate options and develop solutions. The role requires an open and communicative person, ideally with previous customer contact experience, native-level German, very good English, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to explain complex content clearly, a positive mindset and independent problem-solving skills.
