Beets&Roots is offering an internship in Customer Success Management for 3 to 6 months. As part of the sales team, you will handle customer and partnership enquiries through chat, phone and email, explain the ordering platform to new customers and help develop it further, work closely with the account management team, support customer satisfaction and a positive external image, and help retain customers. Applicants should currently be studying and looking for a varied part-time job, ideally have customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, native-level German and basic English, the ability to quickly understand and clearly explain complex content, and a positive mindset.
