Beets&roots is looking for an open and communicative Account Manager Catering to be the central contact for customers and support them with catering orders, events and functions via phone, email and chat. You will work closely with the Operations team, help turn customer events into unique occasions with repeat potential, identify opportunities for improvement, assess options and develop solutions. The role requires ideally previous customer contact experience, native-level German, very good English, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to understand complex content quickly and explain it clearly, a positive mindset and independent problem-solving skills.
