Residential Conveyancer / Property Lawyer

at Juno · London

Details.

Join Juno's team delivering residential conveyancing for clients across England and Wales. You will work on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, solve complex legal problems, mentor less experienced team members, collaborate with designers and software developers to improve Juno's conveyancing software, implement proactive risk-based solutions, and advise clients by phone and email. The role requires clear communication, outstanding technical skills, strong knowledge of UK residential conveyancing, teamwork, and an interest in the intersection of law and technology. You should be able to handle freehold and leasehold selling cases with minimal supervision, check titles, searches, surveys and contract packs, raise enquiries, handle incoming buying enquiry replies, and produce comprehensive reports on title for freehold property purchases. Juno recruits both qualified lawyers and experienced non-qualified conveyancers. This is a fully remote role with normal full-time hours between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility by agreement. Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus three days at Christmas and Bank Holidays, home working equipment, private healthcare, mental wellbeing support, a pension scheme, enhanced family leave, and access to the employee Growth Share scheme.
