Join Juno's Cape Town team in an entirely outbound role focused on accelerating conveyancing transactions. You will call Juno's clients to chase overdue documents and information, contact other law firms about outstanding requests, build rapport, solve problems and follow up until the job is done. Success means consistently meeting targets for call throughput, call quality and time saved, helping overdue documents and responses arrive sooner, handling difficult conversations with composure and persistence, and identifying patterns that cause delays. Juno is looking for excellent spoken English, strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, problem-solving ability, resilience, self-motivation, organisation and thoroughness, plus a degree or meaningful prior work experience. Legal, property and call centre experience are not required. This is a permanent, directly employed, office-based role in Rondebosch, Cape Town, with structured onboarding, coaching, regular feedback, a supportive team, a highly competitive salary, medical aid contribution and retirement fund.
