Join Rehab Management's 12-month Graduate Academy, commencing in late January. The structured pathway includes a comprehensive induction program, formal learning, on-the-job shadowing, mentoring, professional development and training, supported by expert practitioners, leaders and a buddy. Rehab Counselling graduates receive supervision opportunities with a fully registered member, internal training, buddy and mentor programs, and support through ASORC and RCAA webinars. Duties include vocational assessments, initial assessments, return-to-work programs, vocational counselling, counselling interventions, transferable skills assessments, labour market assessments, job canvassing, redeployment and new employer programs, and job search training and support for clients.
