Join Rehab Management's 12-month Graduate Academy, commencing in late January. The structured pathway includes a comprehensive induction program, formal learning, on-the-job shadowing, mentoring, professional development and training. Supported by expert practitioners, leaders and a buddy, graduates may complete vocational assessments, initial assessments, return-to-work programs, vocational counselling, counselling interventions, transferable skills and labour market assessments, job canvassing, redeployment and new employer programs, and job search training and support for clients. Support includes supervision opportunities with full registered members, internal training, buddy and mentor programs, and webinars offered by ASORC and RCAA.
