The structured program includes comprehensive induction, formal learning, on-the-job shadowing, mentoring, professional development and training, supported by expert practitioners, leaders and a buddy. Occupational Therapy graduates receive support from a national discipline specialist, an internal OT network, monthly OT forums and senior OT support. Services include ADL assessments across personal injury schemes, ergonomic assessments, ADL functional upgrading after motor vehicle accidents, workplace assessments and work in the life insurance sector.
