Provide person-centred clinical nursing care to residents at Jemalong Residential Village in Forbes. Duties include direct clinical nursing care, acting as team leader, and coaching, supervising and guiding the personal care team while following safety policies and procedures. Applicants should have current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, knowledge of aged care legislation and quality standards, understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes, strong clinical knowledge, coaching and conflict resolution skills, competent IT skills, and willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
