Permanent part time role, 3 days, travelling to clients in Dubbo and surrounding areas. Provide direct clinical nursing care in clients' homes, conduct clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessments and catheter changes, develop holistic nursing care plans, support clients with complex needs, liaise with care teams and maintain accurate documentation. Applicants need current AHPRA registration following a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, minimum 3 years post graduate nursing experience, clinical assessment experience, initiative, independence, strong computer skills, a NSW driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Monday to Friday working hours are between 9 am and 5 pm, with paid travel and kilometre reimbursement, not-for-profit tax benefits, Fitness Passport, discounted private health insurance, paid parental leave and long service leave.
