Casual role at Holy Spirit Casula, with afternoon and night shift availability preferred. Provide person-centred clinical nursing care to residents in a residential aged care home and act as team leader, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to the personal care team. Applicants need current AHPRA registration following a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards and AN-ACC assessment processes, strong clinical knowledge of age-related health issues, coaching and training skills, conflict resolution skills, communication skills, competent IT skills, and willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
