Permanent part time role, 2 days a week, at Our Lady of Loreto Garden, Hamlyn Terrace. Provide clinical leadership and support to clinical and personal care teams, ensure high-quality care in line with aged care quality standards and policy, provide leadership and coaching, support compliance with procedures including infection prevention and control, and work as second in charge to the Residential Manager. Applicants need current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, aged care legislation and quality standards knowledge, AN-ACC assessment process understanding, comprehensive clinical knowledge of age-related health issues, residential aged care experience in a similar role, coaching and training skills, a customer-focused approach, the ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team, competent IT skills and willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
