Provide holistic, person-centred nursing care to older adults in their homes and community settings. Duties include clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessment, catheter changing, nursing care plans, wound care, palliative care, health education, client liaison and accurate documentation. Applicants should have current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, at least 3 years of post-graduate nursing experience, clinical assessment experience, initiative, strong computer skills, a NSW driver's licence and a reliable vehicle. This is a permanent part time role for 3 days, with working hours Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
