Deliver holistic, person-centred nursing care to older adults in their homes and community settings. Duties include clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessments, catheter changes, care planning, wound and palliative care, health education, documentation and collaboration with clients, carers and multidisciplinary teams. Applicants need current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing or similar, at least three years of postgraduate nursing experience, clinical assessment experience, strong computer skills, a NSW driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
