Details.

Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in home, community, and school settings using Applied Behavior Analysis. Duties include building therapeutic relationships, prompting and fading prompts for safe replacement behaviors, providing reinforcement, collecting behavior data, following treatment plans, collaborating with families and treatment team members, educating parents and others about ABA-based interventions, and reassessing as appropriate. Candidates must have an Associate's Degree or 60 credits toward a Bachelor's Degree, experience using ABA methodologies and data collection, the ability to model skill acquisition programs and Behavior Intervention Plan components for parents or school personnel, and experience or training with the 0 to 21 ASD population. Candidates must hold and maintain current Registered Behavior Technician certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and have professional liability insurance.
