Provide home-based physical therapy to children with physical functional problems, injuries, or developmental delays. Responsibilities include examining and evaluating children, diagnosing areas for improvement, communicating with staff and caregivers, developing and implementing plans of care, educating parents, recommending additional treatment, and performing reassessments as needed. Candidates must possess a state-specific professional license, have experience in pediatric care, own toys and testing tools, and ideally have experience with home-based service delivery and working with caregivers.
