At the Kaffee&Kreuzfahrt location in Weil am Rhein, advise customers on individually tailored cruises and support them before, during and after their journeys. You will build knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, routes and travel partners, handle consultations in person and by telephone or email, manage the booking process, respond to enquiries, work with booking systems, monitor bookings, complete administrative tasks, attend training and information trips, and optionally contribute to social media. The company is looking for career changers who are enthusiastic about cruises, eager to learn, customer focused, communicative, organised, self-directed, flexible, committed and team oriented, and who can communicate confidently in German and another language. Full-time and part-time positions are available depending on the position and responsibilities.
