Duties include advising customers by telephone, email and online, selling travel, preparing and processing travel offers, contributing to the development and optimisation of the website, and handling general administrative tasks. The role requires completed vocational training as a tourism clerk, experience advising customers at a travel agency counter and by telephone, destination and service knowledge, familiarity with Amadeus, Irisplus and Cruise Compass booking systems, confident use of PC, internet and MS Office applications, flexibility, strong communication skills, independence, quick comprehension, organisational ability, and a passion for travel.
