Assist PROS counselors with case management services, maintain a safe program environment, complete reports and documentation according to OMH and Hamilton Madison House protocols, attend weekly staff meetings and training seminars, co-lead structured groups and activities, participate in research and outreach activities, and perform other program duties as assigned. Applicants must be available for at least 20 hours per week for a six-month commitment, be fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in psychology, counseling, or social work, and have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, flexibility, and an interest in working with Chinese-speaking individuals and people with severe mental illness.
