Full-time prep and catering cook role at Sarap Shop at Kaiser Café, handling daily batch production, scaling recipes, owning the prep list and inventory system, building catering orders, producing grab-and-go items, organizing receiving and storage, tracking pars, completing food safety documentation, and cleaning. Professional kitchen experience, a California Food Handler card, consistency, dependability, comfort working on your feet, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. ServSafe is a plus. The role offers daytime shifts, regular consistent hours, $25.00 per hour, medical, vision and dental insurance eligibility, paid sick time, and a staff meal every shift. Candidates must attend mandatory paid training and the soft opening July 24 to 26 and complete facility credentialing.
