Support pregnant women through safe, evidence-informed massage therapy. Provide prenatal massage treatments, adapt techniques and positioning for different trimesters, support pregnancy-related symptoms including back pain, hip tension, swelling and fatigue, and ensure comfort, safety and informed consent. Create a calm, respectful and professional treatment environment and communicate clearly about comfort, needs and contraindications. Applicants should hold a recognised massage therapy qualification, specialised prenatal massage training, a solid understanding of pregnancy physiology and contraindications, and a professional, warm and client-focused approach. Prior experience with pregnant clients is preferred. Fluent Estonian and English are required, with additional languages a plus. Experience with lymphatic drainage or swelling management, trauma-informed or nervous system-aware bodywork, or women's health and therapeutic massage is a plus.
