Support the daily flow and client experience at the studio by welcoming clients, assisting with check-ins and bookings, keeping the studio tidy and prepared, supporting opening and closing routines, helping teachers with class setup and breakdown, answering client questions, supporting events and workshops, and maintaining a calm, respectful atmosphere. The role requires a friendly, reliable, service-oriented and organised person who is comfortable interacting with clients and teachers, can stay calm in a busy environment, is fluent in Estonian and English, and is based in Tallinn for on-site work. Experience in customer service, hospitality or studio environments, an interest in wellness, yoga, fitness or community spaces, and basic booking or administrative experience are useful. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 18:30, with the possibility of weekend shifts.
