Provide NDIS funded specialist behavioural interventions for individuals with disability, developing and delivering individualised behaviour support strategies that reduce the occurrence and impact of behaviours of concern and minimise restrictive practices. Duties include functional behavioural assessments, behaviour support planning, consultation with people with disability, families, carers and service providers, and training on behaviour management. Applicants require tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Mental Health, Social Work, Behavioural Science or Psychology, current professional registration, current registration as an NDIS behaviour support practitioner at CORE level or above, experience delivering NDIS funded behaviour support, a current driver's licence and willingness to travel, a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Checks. The role offers specialist trauma informed care experience, varied practice settings, a supportive team environment, ongoing professional development, internal supervision and flexible working arrangements. Salary is $85,613 to $96,811 plus superannuation and organisational benefits.
