Part-time role at 0.8 FTE based in Canberra, reporting to the Clinical Director. The role supports and supervises clinical staff delivering complex clinical interventions, provides high-level clinical expertise for clients and participants with complex mental health and behavioural needs, and assists with service improvements, audits, stakeholder relationships, KPI systems, workforce planning, recruitment and staff retention. Responsibilities include delivering complex interventions, coordinating care, assessing family and stakeholder needs, maintaining clinical governance and documentation, providing direct clinical services, supervising and supporting the allocated clinical team, monitoring billable hours, contributing to recruitment and induction, building referral partner relationships, and promoting child safety. Essential requirements include advanced clinical skills and trauma-aware practice experience, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, clinical supervision experience, stakeholder relationship experience, a valid Working with Children Check, willingness to undertake criminal history checks, a driver's licence, at least five years of relevant leadership experience, understanding of trauma-informed practice and complex trauma, experience with functional assessments and Positive Behaviour Support plans aligned with NDIS requirements, experience supervising mental health clinicians, and strong communication, report writing, organisational and computer skills.
