Full-time position serving offices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. The specialist provides human resources generalist services, administers employee benefits, supports Equal Employment Opportunity compliance and reporting, processes hiring and payroll actions, coordinates recruitment, maintains employee orientation, assists with HR policies and procedures, participates in transformational HR and change-management initiatives, evaluates performance documentation, and performs additional management-assigned duties. Applicants must have five years of progressively responsible experience, including at least two years in human resources or benefits management, a bachelor's degree, technology proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, confidentiality, sound judgment, knowledge of policies and regulations, authorization to work in the United States, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred experience includes transformational HR work, federal government or law office experience, personnel management, employee relations, and HR work in a legal or litigation environment. Salary ranges from $69,905 to $131,790 per year, with federal retirement, savings, leave, holiday, health, life, disability, long-term care, dental, and vision benefits.
