Join the real estate practice group assisting attorneys with commercial real estate and finance transactions. Responsibilities include reviewing title and survey matters for sales, leasing, development and financing transactions, assisting with real estate and financing transactions and closings, preparing closing documents and escrow instructions, reviewing closing statements and related documents, communicating with clients and other transaction parties, assisting with due diligence including lien and judgment searches, and assisting with state filings and regulatory documents. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least five years of experience and ABA Paralegal certification or equivalent attestation. The position offers an estimated annual salary of $90,000 to $100,000, plus potential bonus, 401K, profit sharing and a full benefits package.
