Provide person-centred, community-based support for people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours. Help individuals achieve personal goals, access community opportunities and develop everyday life skills while building trusting, therapeutic relationships. The role requires compassion, respect, flexibility, adaptability, emotional resilience, problem-solving skills, confidence in lone working and community settings, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing. Experience working with people with autism, learning disabilities or mental health needs is desirable. The role offers competitive pay of £13.50, expected hours of 20 to 40 per week, full training and development including the Care Certificate and PBS, career progression, supportive management, regular supervision, flexible hours, refer-a-friend bonuses and employee recognition schemes.
