In Berlin, you are responsible for the daily business related to ATM availability, monitoring ATMs, remote troubleshooting, documenting and categorising faults, and handling and coordinating ATM faults throughout Germany. You are the first point of contact for operational questions in daily business. Requirements include completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, willingness to learn, analytical and KPI-focused skills, very good MS Office and Excel skills, a good basic understanding of IT, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and ideally English.
