In Berlin, you manage the daily availability of ATMs, monitor machines, resolve ATM faults remotely, record and categorise faults, handle and coordinate ATM incidents across Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions during daily business. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good understanding of IT, a proactive and efficient approach, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
