The Nursery Manager oversees daily nursery operations within The Motherhood Center's Perinatal Partial Hospital Program in Northern New Jersey. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe, clean, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants; providing hands-on infant care including feeding, soothing, diapering, and sleep support; supporting mother-infant bonding; supervising, training, and supporting nursery staff and interns; providing Baby Care sessions to patients; partnering with the treatment team; maintaining documentation and incident reports; and contributing to program development as the New Jersey location grows. A bachelor's degree is required, with Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Nursing, or a related field preferred. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of hands-on infant care experience, knowledge of infant development and safe sleep practices, the ability to lead and train staff or interns, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
