Support students and preceptors in community placements, help develop clinical learning objectives, deliver primary skills and community simulation labs, facilitate weekly online synchronous clinical discussions, monitor student progress, communicate with students, preceptors and faculty, and complete final clinical evaluations. Applicants require an excellent understanding of primary health care principles and the social determinants of health, professional nursing experience in public health and community health including rural and/or underserved settings, current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Extended Class, and a BScN. RNAO membership, a master's degree, teaching experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, MS Office competence, and experience with online learning management systems are assets. The role includes mandatory orientation, scheduled skills and simulation labs, and variable online clinical discussion days during the Fall 2026 term.
