Facilitate applied practice-based simulation labs and virtual debrief sessions, support student learning, monitor and assess student progress, provide feedback, communicate with course faculty and placement sites, and complete midterm and final evaluations. Applicants require an excellent understanding of mental health and/or substance use nursing, current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Extended Class, and a BScN. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional nursing experience in mental health and/or substance use nursing is required. Specialty certification, RNAO membership, a master's degree, and previous teaching or simulation experience are assets. The role includes mandatory orientation and scheduled clinical activities during the Fall 2026 term.
