An exciting opportunity to join SIG:Equinox Southampton Way, which provides supported accommodation and recovery approach resettlement programmes for adult males with enduring mental health support needs. The role provides a supportive, responsive and effective waking night service, helping service users remain safe, well and supported, achieve personal goals and develop healthy routines. Responsibilities include implementing policies and procedures using a recovery focused approach, supporting bedtime routines and service users in crisis, co-key-working and contributing to risk assessments and recovery plans, maintaining a healthy and secure environment, and helping deliver safe and effective services. Applicants should have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience, experience supporting adults with mental health support needs and complex needs in supported accommodation or a similar setting, knowledge of crisis intervention, support plans, risk assessments, medication support, social care regulatory frameworks and case management systems, plus ICT competency. Flexible working, including weekdays, evenings and weekends, is required.
