BreastScreen Victoria is seeking a casual, ongoing MSS Radiographer to support the efficient operation of its Mobile Screening Service throughout Victoria. The role involves performing screening mammograms to high-quality standards, providing respectful and client-centred care, undertaking reception and data management duties, completing equipment quality assurance procedures, assisting with van set-up and pack-down, supporting colleagues and clients, and contributing to professional development and service improvement. The role may be performed autonomously or as part of a team and may include clinical supervision, monitoring and coaching of less experienced staff. Essential requirements include tertiary qualifications acceptable to the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy, registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia, a Certificate of Mammography Practice or willingness to work towards one, a current Radiation User License, previous mammography experience, continuing professional development, Microsoft proficiency and a current Victorian driver's licence. Excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are required.
