Experienced Medical Imaging Technologist responsible for performing and assisting with radiographic procedures efficiently and accurately, producing diagnostic quality images in accordance with the ALARA principle and Cabrini's mission and values. Responsibilities include leadership and supervision, training and education, operational imaging duties, patient care, radiation protection, quality assurance, resource management, equipment maintenance, policy development and participation in the on-call service at the Malvern and Brighton campuses. The role requires a degree in Medical Radiations Sciences or equivalent recognised by ASMIRT, a Certificate of Competence or equivalent, current AHPRA registration, eligibility for ASMIRT accreditation, a current Radiation Use Licence and extensive experience in one or more specialty modalities. Applicants must generally have a minimum of seven years post-graduate experience, supervisory and management skills, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuing professional development, teamwork, safety and quality.
