Join the firm's litigation practice handling commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement, public law matters, administrative proceedings, appellate matters, and pre-litigation strategic counseling. Responsibilities include managing cases, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting discovery, participating in depositions and hearings, developing legal analysis, communicating with clients and regulators, and contributing to case management. Requires three to four years of litigation experience, strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and professional judgment skills, and active California Bar membership or the ability to obtain admission promptly. Training at a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice is preferred. Judicial clerkship or government experience is a plus. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client engagement, collaboration with experienced partners, lean staffing, competitive compensation, and hybrid flexibility consistent with client and practice needs. Base salary is $175,000, adjustable depending on experience. Offices are in San Francisco, Newport Beach, Alexandria, West Palm Beach, and Austin.
