Dhillon Law Group is seeking a senior associate to join its Employment Law Practice in San Francisco. The practice handles high-stakes employment litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides, substantive counseling for employers and employees, single-plaintiff claims, wage and hour litigation, executive and professional disputes, trade secret and unfair competition matters, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, workplace investigations, and employer-side counseling. Responsibilities include managing cases and litigation components with increasing independence, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions, supporting hearings, appearing at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences, providing strategic litigation and pre-litigation advice, conducting workplace investigations, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and agency representatives, and owning key workstreams. Qualifications include 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court, employment case experience, experience with dispositive motions and discovery management, strong research, writing, and analytical skills, working knowledge of California employment statutes and civil procedure, and active membership in the California Bar or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
