Dhillon Law Group is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its San Francisco office. The practice combines sophisticated commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and public law challenges across a diverse nationwide client base. The associate will work closely with partners on matters from inception through resolution, managing cases and discrete litigation components, drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs, conducting and overseeing discovery and motion practice, participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions, developing legal analysis, communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and regulators, and taking ownership of key workstreams. The role requires three to four years of state and/or federal litigation experience, experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery, strong research, writing, and analytical skills, professional judgment, organizational skills, and active California Bar membership or the ability to obtain admission promptly. Training at a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice is preferred, while judicial clerkship or government experience is a plus.
