Join the PIED-DE-POULE team as a master hairdresser-colourist. You should be passionate about your profession, have a strong sense of taste, understand the fundamentals of haircutting and colouristry, and be able to perform haircuts and colouring while continuing to develop your skills. The role involves taking responsibility for guests' hair in the long term, creating styles that delight clients, and building repeat and referral business. The salon provides clients through its marketing department, modern tools except personal scissors, leading cosmetic brands, in-house training from top masters, a training plan where appropriate, and opportunities to work across the salon network. Career progression includes assistant, master, leading master, art director and network teacher. The schedule is 2 days on and 2 days off, from 09:00 to 21:00, with individual schedules considered at interview. Pay arrangements are discussed at interview, with an initial rate while building a client base and a percentage thereafter.
