PIED-DE-POULE is looking for a passionate hairdresser-colourist to join its team. The role involves delivering haircuts and colouring services, creating well-suited styles, taking responsibility for clients' hair beyond the appointment, and providing a high standard of service that encourages repeat visits and recommendations. Basic haircutting and colour theory knowledge is required, including bob haircut technique, tone level scales and neutralisation schemes. You should be able to perform a wide range of haircuts and colouring services, continue developing your skills and have an exceptional sense of style. The salon provides clients through its marketing team, modern tools apart from personal scissors, leading cosmetic brands, internal training, special prices on services and products for you and your loved ones, and the opportunity to work at any salon in the network. The schedule is 2 days on and 2 days off, from 09:00 to 21:00, with individual schedules considered at interview. A starting rate is provided while you build your client base, with the rate and future percentage discussed at interview. Strong and experienced stylists may receive the maximum percentage and an assistant, while stylists at an intermediate level receive a one-year training plan. Those starting their career may be offered an unpaid assistant role with a top stylist. Career progression includes assistant, stylist, leading stylist, art director and network educator.
