PIED-DE-POULE is looking for a makeup artist and brow specialist who enjoys the makeup and brow styling process and takes responsibility for each guest's appearance. Basic knowledge is required, while extensive experience is not essential. You should be able to perform any type of makeup, continue developing your skills, and have an exceptional sense of taste. The role involves delivering high-quality services and customer care, building a loyal client base, and encouraging recommendations. The company provides clients through its marketing department, training in its internal school, performance feedback, an initial guaranteed rate while you build your client base, and a percentage discussed at interview. Experienced specialists may receive the maximum percentage, while specialists at an intermediate level receive a one-year training plan. The schedule is 2 days on and 2 days off, from 09:00 to 21:00, with individual schedules considered at interview.
