A 12-month paid, part-time cadetship for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students enrolled in or completing legal studies. Cadets work 14 hours per week within the Law Reform and Legal Services Division, gaining legal professional experience alongside mentors and receiving support with cultural commitments and studies. Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn on the job. No previous legal work experience is required. The program supports transition to the graduate stream and, after completing the graduate program, into full-time employment.
