PIED-DE-POULE is looking for a passionate Make-up Artist / Brow Artist with basic knowledge, the ability to perform any kind of makeup, a professional approach and an exceptional sense of taste. The role involves providing high-quality makeup and eyebrow services, taking responsibility for guests' looks and building long-term client relationships. Experience is not essential if you are still developing your skills. The salon provides clients through its marketing department, internal training, special prices for services and goods for you and your family, and the opportunity to work in any salon in the network. Pay is initially provided at a rate while you build a client base, with the rate and future percentage negotiated at interview. Candidates complete a test work assessment, with experienced artists offered the maximum percentage and average-level artists given a one-year training plan. The schedule is 2/2 from 09:00 to 21:00, with individual schedules considered at interview. Career progression includes master, leading master, art director and network teacher.
