Monitor, repair, clean, and maintain building equipment, operating systems, and common areas. Duties include repairs to condominium units, plumbing and electrical repairs, sewer and drain line repairs, minor painting, light carpentry, and proper use of cleaning agents, chemicals, power tools, and hand tools. The position typically offers a shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Previous experience and training are required. Class A maintenance employees must have completed Class C training through SEIU Local 1 and have or enroll to obtain a Building Repairer's Journeyman Card within 60 days of employment.
